The Solar Eclipse of paving a new pathway

New Moon Solar Eclipse 20.4.23

Oh wow! Love the intensity of this Solar Eclipse at end degrees of Aries. 🔥 The exact moment of the Eclipse is @ 2.11pm AEST

It is a call for humanity to step up to the plate and bring what you’ve got to the table, whatever that is for you. Every small offering is of great value (Taurus energy) its quality, not quantity. 🍽🍳

Aries is pure impulse, what you see is what you get. 👀 But if enthusiasm and innocence is lost through too many knock backs, Aries can walk the path alone or get aggressively self protective about it. 🚶‍♂️

As the ruler, Mars is in Cancer square to Chiron and the next Eclipse in May has a Scorpio moon, I expect there may be some past hurts or fears to face and get through in order to fully blaze forward. 😢 There is some healing work to be done for the next little while.⚕️

And this healing will go deep. In order to heal, we must consider what healing is and whether we really do want to heal. If you have been using your wounds as currency to get leverage, attention, pity or even love (in a convoluted way), it’s going to be very hard for you to let go of what has now become an asset for you. Chiron speaks to this. Your wounds have just one purpose and that is to bring you to that sacred place within you where your wounds are sacred. We can not make our wounds sacred if we use them for any other purpose than healing. Chiron and the Pluto signature combined will bring up those patterns within all of us to see and recognise. 🕊🦋

The new moon brings a very personal spot light directly onto us as individuals to jump the fence of old patterns and bring your courage with you. ❤️‍🔥🦁

Eclipse energy very often brings sudden and ground breaking change, and with Pluto’s involvement, that is for sure. Pluto likes to enter the stage with a bang💥 and bring everyone onto a level the playing field. ⚽️🏟

It is a humbling force, where we are met with an opportunity to start again. 🎬 It feels very much like an opportunity although likely to be very challenging for many and most. 🤺🥷

Those with intestinal fortitude will have an easier time. During Eclipse season, rest assured we will be pointed in the direction we need to go. 🔦

You may already feel the foundations shifting, you may be lead to a new place of work, a career change, a shift in residence and even your familiar friends and associates may up-level. 🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The North node is in Taurus, and 15 minutes after the Eclipse the moon ingresses into Taurus and by 6.15pm AEST, 4 hours later the sun ingresses into Taurus essentially saying it’s time to ground the opportunities presented to you and make it real. Find your place of peace and acceptance. Deep inner rest, ever seen a bull in a field? Such stillness 🌿🐂

This Eclipse is bridging the Aries energy straight into Taurus which provides an opportunity for steady and sustained growth and to ground the ideas you’ve been brewing. You’ve been talking about what you’re going to do, now is the time to build upon those ideas Aries impulses. And an opportunity could well present itself if the timing is right for you. An aha with Mercury conjunct Uranus, ideas come in fast!

A change of circumstances may force you onto that road, otherwise - if you want to ride the bus, start making those moves to save for a ticket. 🎟

Aries energy is full of energy and impulse but can have trouble with follow through - the Taurus energy is perfect for taking practical action and setting roots down. It truly is a good time to start something new, but you must leave any toxic baggage at the door - Pluto will help you with that! The Furness is there. 💼☄️

The following day 21st April at 6.34pm Mercury turns retrograde. ⬅️ This further emphasises the need for honest self reflection - you can only bring what you’ve got (Taurus associated with resources and values) to the table, fantasy ideals won’t make the Taurus grade. With the combination of Pluto to the Nodes, we want real and raw truth 💭🦄

At the point of Mercury’s Retrograde next day, 21.4.23 at 6.35pm AEST, it sits right on the moon, this speaks to that theme exactly - you will be staring down the barrel of your past. 🔭 Love it all, without our history, we would be as an empty vessel, the moon adds so much depth and personality to all of our characters and makes us relatable. If there is pain associated with your past, work with the Chiron energy in Aries square to Mars in Cancer and make is sacred. This is the path of the wounded warrior. It’s ok - love it all if you can. But remember, wounds are for healing only. ⛑❤️‍🩹

So there could be some emotions coming up around past decisions made that are hindering your progress. Especially if cloaked in self judgement and fear. Mercury stations forward 15th May at 1.17pm AEST where the way is more clear following the next full moon Lunar Eclipse May 6th.

All that said there is a lot to come to terms with, so that you can ride this energy unencumbered. That process will be different for all of us depending on our Karmic situation and the choices we’ve made. Essentially we are called to let go of that which no longer serves us and walk free. There is incredible grace also available. 😍🙏🏻

One thing I would like to say with the way that all of this feels… Can we be gentle with each other during this time? Some people will be finding it more difficult than others. Can we reach out and show some love? Flick the social distancing debacle out the door and give a hug perhaps? 🤗🫂🤗🫂

Mars in Cancer can be utilised to bring the family of man together during this initiatory Eclipse time. We have an opportunity to raise our frequencies if you will choose it that way and show you care 🐾🥺
